I authored Investing with Adrianna for Beginners and launched a TikTok page where I educate beginners on investing, share monthly updates, and simplify complex financial terms—all while incorporating my passion for makeup through tutorials.
My involvement with the Kent Invest Society deepened my enthusiasm for data analysis. I participated in the stock pitch challenge, where my team analysed Shopify stock, and I was honored as the Most Improved Analyst. I led our research, crafted financial models, and presented a projection of 56% growth, estimating the market to exceed $8.1 trillion by 2026. Through this experience, I developed my skills in interpreting data, analyzing trends, and translating complex insights into clear explanations.
Beyond finance, I’ve explored digital marketing through affiliate programs like Rakuten and CJ, leveraging platforms like Pinterest, Instagram, and TikTok to expand my reach. Additionally, I serve as a Sunday school teacher at New Life Church, designing engaging activities to foster a love for learning in children.
Outside of my professional and academic pursuits, I nanny on weekends and maintain an active lifestyle by going to the gym three times a week, where I practice yoga and strength training. My diverse experiences have shaped me into a creative, analytical, and driven individual eager to make an impact.

Adediwura Olasanya
I am Adediwura, a graduate of Renewable Energy Engineering, passionate about integrating clean energy technologies and improving energy efficiency to support businesses and individuals on their decarbonisation journey and mitigate fuel poverty in the UK.
I began my professional career as a Data Analyst, providing stakeholders with data-driven insights for sustainable investment. After seven months, I transitioned into a specialist role as an Energy and Sustainability Analyst, leveraging data and research to guide stakeholder investments in sustainability initiatives, including clean cooking, clean water, healthcare accessibility, and innovative SME grant programmes.
My most recent experience in energy and sustainability was as a trainee at Energy Garden. This opportunity allowed me to gain hands-on experience in constructing and assembling solar battery storage systems at Willesden Junction train station. It also strengthened my commitment to tackling fuel poverty in low-income communities, where I analysed household electricity and heating bills to identify energy and cost-saving opportunities.
Committed to giving back to my community, I have volunteered at Kingston University under Students Organising for Sustainability (SOS-UK) as a Green Impact Auditor, evaluating the university’s sustainability metrics. I also serve as the Community Engagement Officer at Energyz Black, where I design and publish newsletters and email campaigns, providing industry insights on energy and sustainability.

Ademipo Onanuga
As a final-year Environmental Management student at the University of Manchester, I combine academic dedication with active environmental leadership. Currently serving as President of the Tree Musketeer society, where I've progressed from Treasurer, I've contributed to meaningful urban and local greening projects, including the addition of 7 mature trees to Manchester's Platt Fields Park. My technical skills include GIS/ArcGIS and Python programming, which I apply in my role as a research assistant at the National Centre for Atmospheric Science.
Beyond academics, I'm passionate about fostering inclusive communities. I served as the Secretary of the Black Girl Space society last year, I've helped organise over 10 events, creating supportive networks for black women and female-presenting students on campus. My leadership journey includes managing a female-led tutoring company under Young Enterprise, raising over £200 in the first semester.

Atiyah Suleman
I am a passionate sustainability professional and community leader, currently pursuing an MSc in Sustainable Energy Futures at Imperial College London as an Aziz Foundation Scholar. With a background in Economics from the University of Manchester (1st Class Honours, Dean’s Award for Achievement), I bring a strong analytical foundation to my work in sustainability and innovation.
Professionally, I have worked as a Sustainability Business Consultant at EY, delivering ESG solutions and climate risk assessments for high emission industries. I am currently participating in the IXL Innovation Olympics with Westinghouse, collaborating on strategies to drive value in the hydrogen economy. I am also a member of the Climate Entrepreneurs Club, contributing to initiatives that address climate challenges through innovation.
Beyond my career, I am deeply committed to empowering the Muslim community. As Deputy Head of Ihsaan by FOSIS, I lead initiatives to improve academic and career outcomes for Muslim students, including organising national careers conferences, developing career guides, and building a mentorship platform currently piloted at Warwick University through the Levelupo program by Muslamic Makers. Additionally, I established a dedicated careers department at Manchester ISoc to address regional disparities in career support between northern and southern universities.
Personally, I enjoy challenging myself, whether through running (completed the Manchester Half Marathon) or mentoring students to help them reach their potential. My mission is to drive positive change through sustainability, innovation, and inclusive community development.

Chibu Ndubisi
I am a versatile, dynamic, and self-motivated young professional passionate about driving the transition to a zero-carbon future. With a traditional background in engineering and a diverse portfolio of technical experiences, I am keen to support energy sector transformation at the material, technological, and/or whole system levels.
I recently completed a Master's Degree in Engineering for Sustainable Development at the University of Cambridge, having previously obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Nigeria. At Cambridge, my interests in energy and sustainability propelled me to participate in the Engage for Change Fellowship, wherein I proposed a suite of solutions to optimise energy consumption in student residences; as well as the Innovation i-Teams Fellowship, wherein I recommended strategic market entry routes for a smart energy management technology. My dissertation research, which investigated the sustainability implications of developing-country energy transition schemes, resulted in a multidimensional assessment and improvement framework targeted at national energy policies.
My top achievements include: the Special Recognition Award for the Most Distinguished Essay at the Global Peter Drucker Challenge 2019; the Young Innovation Leaders Fellowship Scholarship, awarded after my success at the WIPO Nigeria IP Essay Competition 2020; a fully-funded spot to represent Nigeria in Brussels at the maiden Youth Energy Summit 2022; and the Second Place Prize at the Geneva Challenge 2024, where my team also emerged the Best in Europe.
Outside formal engagements, I enjoy travelling to new places, playing football, and taking beautiful photos of art and nature.
Eniola Ayoola
I am a passionate professional with a background in infrastructure and energy investment banking, driven by a strong interest in renewable energy and the transition to a sustainable future. Growing up in Lagos, Nigeria, a city rich in energy resources yet facing significant energy security challenge instilled in me a deep desire to contribute to solving these critical issues.
I graduated from the University of Leeds in 2022 with a BSc in Economics and Mathematics, a foundation that has equipped me with strong analytical and quantitative skills. My career journey has included working on high-profile projects such as the sale of Dragon LNG, a UK regasification plant, and the refinancing of Cory, a UK energy-from-waste facility. These experiences have sharpened my ability to navigate complex financial structures, collaborate across teams, and deliver impactful results.
To broaden my skill set, I have been training in Python programming and AI applications, preparing myself to contribute to innovation in renewable energy markets. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, learning new skills, and maintaining an active lifestyle through fitness. These hobbies reflect my commitment to personal growth and resilience.

Lamin Tarawally
Driven by a passion for sustainable solutions and a belief in the transformative power of business, I’m Lamin Tarawally, a final-year Global Development student at SOAS. My aspiration is to contribute to a greener future by bridging commercial strategies with impactful outcomes in the green energy sector.
This summer, I undertook a paid research project analyzing renewable energy and agri-tech value chains in sub-Saharan Africa. The project involved synthesizing datasets, evaluating trends, and presenting actionable insights on sustainable solutions. This experience refined my ability to merge analytical rigor with strategic thinking—skills that directly align with the objectives of the Aleto x OVO10 Programme.
As CEO of The Young Consultant, I lead a team of 130 student consultants, working to scale the organization from its pro-bono roots to a sustainable commercial model. While this strategy is ongoing, it has taught me the importance of adaptability, strategic planning, and fostering collaboration—key attributes for navigating the complex challenges of the green energy sector.
Additionally, my ESG trainee role at Schroders involved conducting sustainability analysis and aligning investment decisions with environmental goals. These experiences, combined with my academic curiosity, highlight my ability to integrate data-driven insights into impactful solutions.
Beyond my professional and academic pursuits, I find joy in sci-fi and post-apocalyptic dramas, reflecting my interest in systems and innovation. As an Amos Bursary Scholar, I am committed to growth and driving meaningful change. The OVO10 Programme offers the ideal opportunity to leverage my skills and passion to lead the green energy transition.
Reginald Wilson
I am one year into my commercial property career as a graduate, gaining experience in operations, development and leasing. Prior to working, I graduated with a First Class Honours degree from Henley Business School in International Business Management and French, which included a year studying abroad in Toulouse. Outside of work and education, I have always been entrepreneurial, for example during university, I ran a small drinks business. My latest venture is as a videographer, creating social media content for small business owners.

Said Sharif-Mudhur
I have recently graduated from the University of Nottingham with a BEng in Environmental Engineering. During my second year, I was elected Treasurer for Nottingham East African Society – raising over £6000 through boosting memberships and events ticket purchases – whilst concurrently working as a pro bono consultant for 180 Degrees Consulting. Furthermore, in my final year I received a First, alongside commendation for “Best Overall Project”, for my Chemical and Environmental Engineering Design project. I also pursued Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and gym as a hobby to enrich my university experience – activities that I carry on till this day.
I participated in the Erasmus exchange program during Sixth Form, exclusive to STEM A-level students. This included trips to Copenhagen and Kos, where I collaborated with Danish, Polish, and Greek students on energy storage projects and engaged in cultural exchange. In the past year, I completed an internship through the ESG Launchpad, facilitated by The Land Collective and AECOM, focusing on the integration of ESG principles into decision-making processes in the Built Environment and Real Estate sectors. Moreover, I began volunteering as a mentor with IntoUniversity, supporting disadvantaged students. I have also recently finished interning at Landsec within the Asset Management team, focusing on the strategic management of assets poised for redevelopment.

Temi Omojola
I am a dedicated graduate engineer with a passion for sustainability, currently pursuing an MSc in Renewable Energy Systems Engineering at the University of Surrey. My interest in renewable energy began at 14 when I was selected to attend a sustainability summit in North Carolina, USA. This experience shaped my career path, and every academic and professional decision since then has been driven by my ambition to contribute to green energy solutions.
In my free time, I enjoy coloring, as it helps me relax and fuels my creativity as well as listening to podcasts and recording my own podcast, it is fun to listen to myself speak about things I feel deeply about. I also love watching Formula 1 and am beginning to follow Formula E, appreciating the innovation and technology behind the sport. Volunteering is another activity close to my heart; engaging with diverse communities expands my perspective and reminds me of the shared ambitions and challenges of people worldwide.
Professionally, I have gained experience in solar energy, radio engineering, and aviation maintenance, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills across sectors. I consider my personal and professional achievements as steps toward my ultimate goal; advancing the global transition to clean energy in any way I am opportune to do so.

Shea Williams
Within University I am the Co-Founder of the Lumsden Society -- society for Black students at Emmanuel College, Cambridge, with a dual focus on improving admissions and enhancing welfare support.
Alongside my studies, I serve as the Chief Marketing Officer for a student-led consulting company, where I lead a team of seven in website optimisation, campaign execution, and the creation of thought-leadership content.
I am also an associate at Global Learning London, delivering anti-racism workshops in primary schools across the UK, training over 1,000 teachers and professionals across 50+ schools on anti-racism and migration.
I’m also a trustee at Legacy Youth Zone, a state-of-the-art youth centre in Croydon , London that provides vital support, opportunities, and a safe space for thousands of young people aged 8-19 (up to 25 for those with additional needs. Responsible for shaping the strategic direction and governance of the organization, ensuring it provides vital opportunities and a safe environment for young people in Croydon
