The Aleto Foundation exists because talent is everywhere, but opportunity is not. Young people from under-represented backgrounds continue to face barriers to leadership — from limited networks to a lack of mentorship, confidence, and access to career pathways.
We were created to change that. Through leadership programmes, mentoring, networking, and long-term support, we help young people rise into positions where their voice, insight, and talent can shape society for the better.

Our Programmes
Over the past 15 years, Aleto has empowered over 1,500 young leaders. Our programmes are designed to be immediately impactful — building the skills, confidence, and connections that accelerate careers.
Leadership Programme
An intensive, multi-day experience for 19-25 year olds from low socio-economic backgrounds. Hosted with one of our partners, exceptional delegates spend time with inspirational speakers, practical workshops, and real industry access, culminating in a high-stakes presentation to a panel of senior judges.

Mentoring Programme

Joining Aleto at 19 changed the course of my life. It helped me discover my potential, build a powerful network, and shift my focus from personal ambition to community impact.
Before Aleto I felt lost, with no clear career path. Within a month, I secured my first IT role. I'm now a Solutions Architect apprentice at Schneider Electric — something I never imagined before the programme.
