I’m Sam Ayim, I’m from Ghana, currently working as an Associate Product Manager within the Payments team
Growing up I lived in different countries with my family and studied in Ghana, Togo, Tanzania and the UK. I speak English, Akan and French and enjoy learning new languages.
My passions include sports and photography, the latter of which has led me to work as a commercial photographer, doing graduation photography in many different universities around the UK. I also do freelance photography with a focus on sports and events photography as I love capturing the beauty in the world.
I enjoy working with teams to improve wherever I am with my skills as well as lift spirits with my jovial personality and solving problems and my aim in the long run is to utilise my skills and knowledge I have acquired and continue to acquire through my years to help to build and develop Ghana.
I joined OVO through the Aleto Mentorship Program so I felt it was only right for me to give back in some way which is why I joined the Embrace Network in OVO and I hope to give people a voice and for them to feel that an active improvement has been made to their working life, even in a small way.

Jesusoorefunmi Olaoye (Soore) is an energy and sustainability professional. His corporate work experience and unique mix of entrepreneurship cuts across Telecommunications and Renewables in countries in Sub-Saharan Africa and the United Kingdom.
Soore is currently working on the Commercial delivery of zero carbon products, particularly Solar and Batteries for UK homes.
He's also a Co-Founder of Energyz Black, where he’s preparing and matching black talents to roles in the energy sector.

My name is Matilda Ben-Agbo and I work as a Contracts Officer at Hampshire County Council. I am a naturally curious person who enjoys learning, being creative, and documenting life's moments in a journal. I studied at the University of Portsmouth, where I obtained a master’s degree in international business and management and a bachelor’s degree in Marketing at Covenant University. Marketing has always been my passion and has played an important role in both my professional and personal life.
Being part of OVO2023 has been one of my most memorable experiences, where I had the chance to connect, collaborate, and learn from wonderful people (a big shout out to my mentor, Lauren).
Apart from my professional work, I also express my creativity as a makeup artist, finding joy in enhancing people's natural beauty and empowering them through my artistry.

Elijah is a results-driven Data Scientist with expertise in Economics and a Master's degree in Applied Data Science and Energy Economics. Currently an Analyst at a top UK renewable energy generator, Elijah began his career at OVO Energy, specializing in NLP, predictive modeling, and data analytics. Known for automating processes and enhancing data accuracy, Elijah is dedicated to driving positive change through data-driven insights. Passionate about optimizing business strategies and improving customer experiences, Elijah is committed to innovation and sustainability in the energy sector
