If you're 19-25, from a low socio-economic background and interested in a career in media or tech this programme is for you.

Over the span of four days you'll hear from trailblazers including Sir Kenneth Olisa OBE, Lord-Lieutenant of London, meet leaders from the prestigious Aleto Foundation network, participate in interactive workshops, unlock exclusive media opportunities, learn how to improve your professional brand and so much more.

Application Deadline

Applications will close 14th April.
Recruitment Interviews

We will be carrying out short virtual interviews to ensure we choose the best people for the programme. These will take place between 1st May - 14th May. If you have been successful in securing a place you will be notified by 16th May.
Launch Event

The launch event will bring together those involved in the programme for the first time on the 12th June 2025. It will be an evening of networking and an opportunity to discover more about what lies ahead.
Summer Leadership Programme

The Summer Leadership Programme will take place at dmg's offices in High Street Kensington, London over 4 days (24th - 27th June).
