2025 has been one of our most meaningful years yet, and we’ve captured it all in our latest annual report.

From the trading floors of MAKO to the paddock of Formula One, from university campuses across England to the leadership suites at OVO Energy, our programmes have continued to open doors for young people whose talent has too often gone unnoticed.

This year we delivered six core programmes alongside eight mentoring partnerships (a 10% increase on 2024) working alongside organisations including Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team, dmg media, OVO Energy, MAKO Trading, Johnson & Johnson and Salesforce. We also launched a brand new outreach initiative, Stand Out & Get Selected, reaching students at SOAS, London South Bank University and the University of Bristol.

Behind every statistic is a person: Sarah, who joined us navigating imposter syndrome and left to start a career at Barclays. Joshua, who stepped into a new role as EV Manager at OVO after completing our Black Leadership Academy. Gauri, who found her leadership voice through a nine-month mentoring journey with an F1 engineer. These are the stories that drive us.

“We identify high-potential young people from tough-reality backgrounds, those whose talent might otherwise go unrealised, and we equip them to become the leaders of the future.”Sir Kenneth Olisa OBE, Chair, Board of Trustees

As we look ahead to 2026, our 15th anniversary year, we’re more committed than ever to ensuring that background does not determine future outcomes. The full report includes our programme impact data, financial statements, participant stories and a look at what’s coming next.
