From past participants

Hear from those who’ve been through it.

A lot of young people have the skills and the keys, but they don’t always have the opportunity to open the door. Programmes like this provide access to networks and experiences that can change how you see yourself and what you believe is possible.
HannaAMF1 participant, 2026
The programme exceeded my expectations. I didn’t realise how much impact having a dedicated mentor would have on my personal and professional journey.
